Only pay 10% commission when your product sells which includes the payment processing fees. A minimum total commission is $1.00 per transaction. Unlike other marketplaces, we do not charge commission on shipping or taxes – only on the item’s listed price.
FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
WHAT CAN I SELL?
You can sell anything that is made by hand, hand-altered, or hand-assembled and made by yourself or your local company of makers. You may not sell items that are imported. Mass-produced items or the re-selling of items that may be handmade, but you didn’t design or make yourself, are also not allowed.
HOW DO I GET PAID?
First, add your merchant account information so we can transfer your sales funds to you. Then, proceeds from sales are available after orders are processed. A processed order means that the item was picked up, delivered, or shipped with tracking number, and you have updated the order and set the order status to “completed”.
HOW ARE REFUNDS AND RETURNS HANDLED?
Orders may be canceled if the customer cancels the order before the item is processed. If an order is canceled, Our Community Biz will refund the customer directly. Once the item is processed by you, the item must be returned to you to obtain an exchange or refund or other arrangements made between you and the customer. If you refund the customer, then we will refund your commission fees less payment processor fees.
DO I NEED TO ENTER MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO SIGN UP?
No. Since there are no upfront fees, there is no need to have a credit card. Commissions are extracted after the sale is paid and the order is completed.
